The purpose of the processing:

The processing of your personal data is effected for the purposes of sending newsletters, e-mails, or other communications related to future events promoted by FIL which may be of your interest.

Period for which your data is stored:

Data provided shall be stored for a period of 24 months.

Once above-mentioned period has expired, data owners will be contacted to renew authorization granted.

Should data owners not wish to renew authorization of their data, they will be blocked in order to prevent respective data processing, with the exception of compliance with legal obligations.

Transfer of personal data:

Personal data can be communicated to other entities — subcontractors — for the above-mentioned purposes. In processing personal data, the service provider will process your data exclusively for the purposes indicated, in compliance with instructions issued by FIL and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Your rights:

Data owners have the right to obtain information on the processing of their personal data. Additionally, data owners have the right to access, rectify or eliminate, limit processing, oppose, or transfer data, or oppose automated individual decisions. The data owner also has the right to revoke consent. The present rights are solely subject to conditions should data be necessary for compliance with legal obligations.

Integrity of data:

In compliance with the norms provided in the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), all the appropriate technical and organizational measures are taken to protect your personal data against lost or unauthorized access.
